CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT is a professional service where Foman is appointed as the construction manager. The accepted responsibilities of Foman are to plan, co-ordinate, manage, supervise, and secure the execution of a construction project. Foman offers innovative project and construction management techniques that shorten its projects' schedules, lower its projects' costs, and increase the quality of its completed projects. In the construction management contract, the design is carried out by consultants that are in direct contract with the client. The physical work is carried out mainly by trade contractors that are in direct contract with the client. The construction manager is paid an agreed fee and his preliminaries are reimbursed.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT is a professional service where a project manager allocates all the tasks and ensures that all the works are properly scheduled, budgeted, and otherwise planned. He makes sure that all the works are monitored effectively so that the proposed objectives are met. As the client's representative and adviser, his primary interest is to safeguard the interests of the client.

GENERAL CONTRACTING is a professional service where a general contractor is in a contract with the client for the construction of the project. By employing and managing specialized subcontractors who have a proven track record, the general contractor secures the completion of the project by an agreed upon date and to a specified quality.
