This oil storage and loading depot is the largest and the most modern in Iran, valued at USD 100,000,000. Foman was the general contractor responsible for the construction of the entire project. The scope of work included: earthworks, road works, bridge construction, building construction, civil works, structural steel, piping, mechanical erection, electrical works, instrumentation, cabling, thermal installation, and painting.
