This building is a fifteen story modern office tower totaling 10,000 square meters in building area. As the EPCM contractor, Foman acted as the design, engineering, procurement, and construction manager. The scope of work included: architectural design, foundation works, structural works, electrical works, mechanical works, HVAC, plumbing, BMS, etc.
